The WLMCC grants the member the right to moor the ........................................m boat

at its moorings subject to the member complying with all the club rules and in particular paying in a timely manner all fees, licence monies and subscriptions due. The member agrees to take out all BW licence renewals through the club in a timely manner and to indemnify the WLMCC against any action by BW or any other party which may be caused by the member's failure to licence or to properly maintain the boat. 

In the case of non-payment in excess of 28 days the WLMCC shall be entitled to take possession of the boat until the fees are paid. In the case of non-payment in excess of three months the WLMCC shall be entitled to sell the boat and to recover any outstanding fees and expenses from the proceeds. The member agrees to give at least three months' written notice of intention to leave the club, such notice ending at the end of a calendar month. Mooring fees shall be payable up to the end of the notice period or until the boat is removed from the moorings and all keys returned whichever is later.
