SHORT TERM MOORING AGREEMENT between the WLMCC and

at its moorings for as long as shall be agreed between the WLMCC and the moorer subject to the moorer paying in advance the weekly mooring fee of

In the case of non-payment in excess of 14 days the WLMCC shall be entitled to take possession of the boat until the fees are paid. In the case of non-payment in excess of three months the WLMCC shall be entitled to sell the boat and to recover any outstanding fees and expenses from the proceeds. Mooring fees shall be payable for the entire period during which the boat is kept at the moorings. The member acknowledges receipt of key(s), serial number(s).
